Michelle holds a Master's degree in education and is a certified yoga teacher. She's helped start nonprofits and worked with startup and existing nonprofits and businesses to develop strategy, inventory systems, and create community. She was part of a startup school and the inaugural class of the Outdoor Industry Association's Future Leadership Academy. If she's not out riding one of her bikes, practicing yoga, or traveling, she can be found with her nose in a book or creating something wonderful.
